Duration: August 2024 – November 2024
Location: Shreveport, Louisiana, and surrounding disaster-affected areas
Beneficiaries: 215 households, including wildfire-affected families and small business owners
Background
In the summer of 2024, extreme weather conditions triggered wildfires that swept across several areas of the southern United States, severely impacting communities in Shreveport, Louisiana. A large number of residents lost their homes, and livelihoods were disrupted, especially small business owners who faced financial disruptions and credit crises. Sureim Investment Guild firmly believes that post-disaster rebuilding involves not just physical space but also the restoration of economic resilience and psychological security.

- Small Business Recovery Assistance: The \”AI Financial Support Group\” was established, where the ZERO AI system provided three months of financial health monitoring to help small business owners quickly restore cash flow.
- Psychological and Financial Literacy Integration Support Station: The \”Cognitive Security Corner\” was deployed, combining financial education with psychological counseling to reduce post-disaster anxiety and enhance decision-making capabilities.
Project Outcomes
- 215 disaster-affected households were served, with 163 households completing insurance claims and budget reconstruction.
- Assisted 27 community businesses in resuming operations, reducing the average time for cash flow stabilization by 40%.
- Established two \”Cognitive Security Corners,\” serving over 500 consultations with a satisfaction rate of 97.8%.
Project Extension
This initiative, as an important pilot for the ZERO AI social responsibility application, has been added to the Florida State Emergency Response Program\’s whitelist. We believe that technology can not only capture market trends but also light the way for people to rediscover hope in the aftermath of a storm.
